This year marks 135 years since the Russian Tsar Alexander III issued the order to build Karosta. At the festival, we will look back on 135 years of Karosta.

Let's see the historical sites of Karosta through the eyes of Liepāja photographers and remember the photo workshops held in Karosta "Karosta - Photo Port". Let's remember the Karosta Flower Festival and together create the largest flower mandala in Karosta. Let's watch films shot in Karosta. Let's remember the story of the ghost of Karosta prison. Of course, there will be a lot of art, music, activities for children and the great fire show by Andris Kreicburgs.
