This website is owned by SIA "Karostas cietums", registration No. LV42103068476.
By making a purchase, the customer confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Tickets are purchased online using a secure payment system.
After successful payment, the customer receives an electronic ticket via the provided email address.
The ticket is valid only for the specified date and/or time.
The ticket must be presented at the entrance, either in printed or digital form.
SIA "Karostas cietums" reserves the right to change opening hours or close the site due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather conditions, safety reasons).
Delivery Terms
Tickets are delivered electronically.
After successful payment, the ticket is sent to the customer’s email within a few minutes.
If the ticket is not received within 15 minutes, the customer must contact us at: info@karosta.lv
The customer is responsible for providing a correct email address.
Returns and Refund Policy
Purchased tickets are non-refundable and cannot be returned, except in cases where the event or attraction is cancelled.
If the attraction is unavailable due to the organizer’s fault, the customer will be offered:
- a change of date, or
- a full refund.
If the customer does not attend at the specified time, no refund will be issued.
In exceptional cases (e.g. technical errors), refunds are considered individually.
